I am thinking of trying to restore the Date Taken with a batch command. Select two or more photos in Photos by selecting the first photo, and then hold down the command key and click one or more additional photos. Press command + I or click Window in the top menu bar and choose Info. I take picutre A, then an hour later I take picture B, in a few hours - picture C, and finally picture D a day later. Bring up the Info window that shows you the information (metadata) for each photo. Suppose my camera's date/time is either not set or set incorrectly. What I would like is not just the ability to batch edit the dates, but rather batch time shift the dates.

Go to your organizr, load all images, click on the image, under 'Photo Title' you will see edit dates. To select several pictures, hold down CTRL key, and then click each picture that you want to change. Click the picture that you want to change.
